Who wants to be the teamleader

Someone who wants to be teamleader or teamcaptain shall post here. Then we can vote for someone. And we can discuss what powers the teamleader should have. Should he organize the wars? Should he be the one who decides who is going to play?

I suggest Pansenfaust as teamleader. He is really motivated for this tournament and willing to put some effort in it.
If no one else wants it I could be leader too, but only in case of an emergency. I also don't want to play unless we have only 4 players who can and want to play on a match.
