We don't have so much time to spend. That is why we have only cfgs for all or most maprotation maps and a few others too. But when a rifle only map was loaded on then a map without cfg is loaded the rifle only settings remain. I and perhaps someone else might put more cfgfiles on the server to avoid this in the future.

That is good that you don't change your nick all the time. This can look very suspicious for some persons. I don't have bad memories of playing with you although you are really good. We are no fulltime admins and no experts. We might need some more time to find a good line how to handle which issues. So sorry for inconviniences and I hope that you and your friends keep on visiting the server.

Ok. Let's summarize. I think that you Datamursu don't cheat. With wallhack. And any of your friends. With wh. But 99% of playing people on HH server do not know what "lodscale" or "drawsun" cvars are. I think that you do know that. I play with DEFAULT cfg. So i think every can play with default one. Especially high-skilled players like you are. The other day player with nick which i can't remember, but he was ur friend, killed me through smoke. I realize that there is a smoke bug in COD replay, but that was not the issue. Just a little cfg tweak. I don't approve that and as a game moderator I don't have time and nerves to protect every fucking cvar that ppl could exploit, and i think other moderators have also limited time. So, if you play on our server try to play with cfg as majority plays. 99% of can't make game look like this (thx GKBears Black, had my own pics but can't find folder where i put them): http://www.magicscrolls.pl/cod/brecourt.jpg.

P.S. I don't know if you are friends with teb and hatcher and all, but if you are you could write a few words about urselves and show us some CB ranks or smth, maybe ppl would not doubt you then^^

I know that you have somekind map rotation, but still players keep voting other maps. That is the problem when someone vote another map after RO-map. To prevent this there should be only Next map and Restart map votes on and at least 12 maps rotation. wit that kind rotation only few players will play all maps in row. Making few extra config file for certain maps (care, harbor, chateau or popular custom map) and using those maps always after RO-map should solve this problem very well. You don't need to rename those "back to normal" config files everytime when you change rotation, but in the otherhand it's not big deal to rename them. If you have 3 RO-maps you need 6 extra config files and still it's fast and easy because you just have to rename those files correctly if you make changes in rotation (except you want to play carentan wit russians etc.).

I know what it is to be Admin, because I have been admin since Summer 2005 and take care of CoD:UO, CoD2 and CoD4 servers and I can't say that I am expert. But during that time I have seen lot, I have also played with or againts players who have won Cups and Championships in CB and learn lot of things what would seem suspicious when you see those at first time. I have accused many players to be cheaters when I was just started and didn't know about game very much (Hipfire ftw, 2dmiles sound system etc.). So I can't blame other players for that, but what I would ask is some patience in that kind situations. Don't just make your decision and keep it without thinking that how someone could do those things without cheating. Use demos, watch some real match demos from CB or something and compare them to each other. That way you will be able to learn much about gaming.

If you have detached soundcard, check your sound options and change 2dmiles to EAX-system. That will help you lot if you have sounds on- I play most of the time without sounds, because that way you have to learn read game by using your own situation, spawns, kills/deaths of your teammates etc. Also with or without sounds using compass and "deathlist" together is usefull, you can find out lot of details and anticipate movements of enemy.

Yeh it's correct that most of us (from our Ventrilo) have tweaked cfg's because we play on CB (more or less) and also just PCW-matches (Practice Clan War). It's also true that tweaking cfg will make some effect to your game, but with normal (allowed in CB, there is PB-configuration file available) cvar changes you can't make miracles. Example those smokes, even with default cfg you will most likely see them different way than your teammate and thats just because difference of your hardware and as I said earlier, two smokes in row will show you suprising things (even with default cfg).

And about that picture, it's clear that someone have used Rivatuner or something else graphic card tweaker program.

Here we sit in ventrilo and play some CoD:UO. I know them pretty well.
About Teb... I have known him since late 2006 and spent lot of time in ventrilo. He is maybe the best of us and he have huge knowledge from UO. Here are link to his current clan and to some other ones.
Abaut Hatcher.... I have known him longer than Teb, but he joined in our ventrilo later. He played CS for a while before coming back to UO. I don't know if he have played in CB, but he have been here pretty long also. He is just guy who have played lot (he is one of those who I have accused to be cheater long time ago ^^).

Hehe... Whining don't really bother me, sometimes it's even fun (but thats just me, other guys are bit bored of it), more I hate that threatening "You will be kicked/banned soon" etc. etc. Other kind whine don't make any effect (There is no point to whine back, but sometime there is good place for comments) cause being admin in CoD4 server is something uhh... that whine is more infernal than nade spam in HH or even in United Noobs server (Try sometimes... over 20vs20 tdm in Harbor and all on).

in my opinion thats a cheat . .what you do on other servers you dont have to practise on this one!if you are so good that you say you are than why would you need these tweaks?

ok maybe u areNOT cheater, but today i played and some gay called " Watson" or smthg he killed me 3-4 times with 3 bullets without aiming...and it was huge distance...guy was shooting without aiming whole time whole map...and if u gus DONT cheat pls leave us here some nicks so we can know who is who...i like play against guys who are better then me, that is some training and i dont have anything against u guys but pls leave us here nicks in game so we can know. Maybe because we also play matches? I said that earlier that we do also that, we don't only play in public. If you competite about something, I am pretty sure that you at least use all possible legal help what you can get. It wouldn't be problem to use default cfg, but changing it just because someone else.... seriously. And I have already explain how you can make nice trick whit 2 smoke grenades, I use it lot if possible.

I was there and saw all, nothing weird for me. He was using MP44 which is incerdibly accurate when shooting only few shots without ironsight, it's almost as accurate without ironsight as with ironsight.

I can't know all, but most common nicks are....
for Teb: KIKKI.D or variation from Teb (Tjebbeh etc. etc.)
for Richarttos: Jack of Diamonds, DIKKI.D or variation from Rich (Rjikkeh etc. etc.)
for Lupu: Mohkofantti or something with SWE-tag
for Datamursu: Major Seagram
for Hatcher: He change his nick everytime when he come to vacation from army (Dangerous place :/ ), most likely you reconize him from his talking style (somekind smartass maybe).

That is truly problem when someone get known as good player with his current nick and then he change it... You can reconize him only if you can make difference between gamestyles.

i use the word cheat for does things you call help!trick with the smokenades i dont now of so cant really say nothing about it other than the thing i said earlier
i also like competition but not when the challenger have "help" !
